Great experience with supportive staff
It has been a great experience since joining the company. Enjoy my clients and the office staff is very supportive and cares about the overall well-being of the BCBAs, RBTs, and clients.

Pays well with available supervisors
This job pays well and the staff is normally hands on with any issues. Supervisors are always available to help, even if it's not a supervision session. Takes less than a day or no more than 48 hours to resolve any problems.

Emerging company changing the field
Abria is a newly emerging company that is changing the way RBTs are appreciated in this field and offers assistance programs for their technicians to avoid burnout.

Payment and honesty issues
You have to harass the CEO to get paid correctly. A lot of dishonesty and many promises made but few kept.

Communication and training concerns
Hardest part of the job was getting any form of communication going with both BCBA and the office. They allow BTs with zero experience in ABA to work with clients with zero training.

Good but lacks benefits
I wish there were benefits like paid time off accumulated after certain amount of hours worked. If the job had benefits like insurance and other things it would be a five-star review, but it is private practice.
