Family oriented company that really cares for their employees. Flexible schedules and PTO are offered.

Unprofessional workplace with ethical concerns
Nepotism is a significant issue. Company prioritizes money over clients. Clients rarely see progress. Education delivered by unqualified teachers. Employees feel like just a body to bill. Confusing PTO and benefits structure. Lack of training for technicians.

Very ethical billing practices and good benefits
Company is very ethical in their billing practices unlike many other companies. Good benefits including paid holidays off and about 4 paid weeks of vacation. Coworkers are helpful and encouraging.

Toxic work environment with cliques
Able Academics has cliques throughout the work environment. It's very toxic to work there. Staff preferences by management. Picking favorites and hiring family members.

High turnover and diminishing benefits
Company works to get staff through training quickly but continues to take away benefits. No real room for advancement. High turnover rate.

Building too small and staff provide own materials
Building is way too small for kids with special needs. Children are packed in like sardines. Inexperienced staff and limited training in complex RBT work. Had to provide own materials. Once travel time was added, the pay wasn't worth it.

Improved culture after management changes
Within the last few months of shifting some positions around in management including the vice president, the culture and atmosphere has gotten so much better.
