Outstanding and supportive environment
Ability ABA has an outstanding and supportive environment. Working with kids is incredibly rewarding and everyone is dedicated to their job. Lots of BCBA support and flexible hours with manageable caseloads. This is the one company where staff burnout was not an issue.

The company was great in helping staff be the best RBT they could be. Supportive training environment with dedicated leadership.

Good BCBA ratio and team spirit
Team spirit is promoted with trainings, good BCBA ratio with clients, weekly supervisions, and at least 5% monthly raises. Bonuses at year-end and salary increments. Friendly work environment with wonderful staff.

Caring company with guaranteed hours
The company cares about both clients and employees. Day hours are guaranteed even if a client cancels. Wonderful staff and management.
