Great experience with growth opportunities
Working at ABI Worcester was a great experience that offered growth opportunities both educationally and career-wise. The supervisory team is dedicated and available for support. The organization encourages professional growth, is precise and focused, with an in-person employee culture that shows respect and order.

Reasonable billable hours and good CEU support
At ABI the billable hours are reasonable and supportive with training. They provide enough free CEUs per year that employees do not have to pay for any to re-certify. There is a BCBA room that fosters a collaborative environment.

Fun place to work with appreciation events
A fun place to work where staff care about clients. Regular appreciation events and lots of opportunities for support.

Toxic environment with favoritism
The workplace environment is often toxic due to tight-knit friend groups that create division and favoritism. While pay is competitive, it doesn't make up for poor management and overall work culture.

Questionable ethics and restricted communication
Some locations lack proper training and support, especially for newer BCBAs. Very cliquey environment. Concerns about questionable ethics, prohibited discussion of pay or work policy, and micromanaging staff.

Caring company focused on growth
The company cares about growth and employees as much as the clients they serve. Staff are caring and supervisors provide lots of training and support. Supportive environments and opportunities to grow in position with professional tracks for technicians.
