Fantastic place to work — welcoming to new therapists
A fantastic place to work with a very welcoming environment to new therapists. The owner and management team truly cares for each individual's personal and professional growth. Family-oriented culture with super friendly and helpful staff.

Low pay and poor work culture
Horrible work culture that encourages bullying and gossip. Pay is ridiculously low — about 10k below fair wages. New grads are overworked. After a management change in August 2021, the family-friendly environment deteriorated significantly.

Good patient care, limited career growth
The pediatric patients are wonderful and the therapy work itself is rewarding. However, career advancement is limited and the bonus structure relies on insurance reimbursements rather than actual patient load, making it unreliable.
