Great workplace culture and management
Easy going management, great client-provider relationships, amazing workplace culture. Paid travel time from client to client, good work-life balance. Very rewarding job.

Inconsistent hours and communication issues
Little local support and not a team atmosphere. Full-time hours were promised but there was no consistency. Communication needs a lot of improvement. Work/life balance is difficult.
