Toxic work culture from leadership
Working here has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. The toxic work culture is unbearable, and unprofessionalism from leadership is the norm.

Great place to work with supportive supervisors
Really great place to work where you will get a lot of support from the supervisors. Having the interactions with other BTs for support is valuable.

Learned a lot about ABA
Working at ABA Works has really taught me a lot about how to do ABA. The supervisors are amazing and always take time to support you or show you how to do something.

Poor management experience
The first couple of months were great but then you start noticing the poor management. Supervisors are what end up making you want to stay or leave. Supervisors are trained to support their BTs but many don't.
