PhD, BCBA-D. Born in Cienfuegos, Cuba in 1950, immigrated to the U.S. at age 11. Founded ABA Technologies in 1992 to address unethical clinical practices in the field, later incorporating in 1997 and pivoting to behavior analyst training and education. Also co-founded the School of Behavior Analysis (SoBA) at Florida Institute of Technology. Passed away September 21, 2020 from diabetes complications.

PhD, BCBA-D. Holds a PhD from Utah State University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Munroe-Meyer Institute, University of Nebraska Medical Center. Previously faculty at Florida Institute of Technology. Research interests include behavior-based safety, supervision and leadership, and evidence-based treatment for autism and severe behavior disorders.
