Wonderful team to work with
The admin is really supportive. The people are great, the sessions at the clinic are wonderful. Feels supported as an RBT.

Semi-flexible but billable hours focused
Semi-flexible schedule and hybrid opportunities. CEUs provided with additional training encouraged. However, only uses one service delivery model with more emphasis on billable hours than quality of care. Admin support is lacking and not amenable to feedback.

Unreliable pay due to cancellations
Not dependable pay — parents can cancel sessions or not answer the door when you show up. No mileage reimbursement.

Best company I have ever worked for
Incredible emphasis on training and retaining BCBAs. BCBAs are really supportive and care about wellbeing. Admin team is reliable with incredibly helpful HR. Company is very close and team-oriented — you never miss any information and can get help at any time.

Good team but management disconnect
Work/life balance is not great. Management is disconnected from everyone. Employees have to figure things out by themselves and are usually wrong. Policies change without clear communication about what has changed.
