Favoritism and lack of guidance
Enjoyed bonding with and teaching children new skills. However, experienced favoritism, unhealthy competition, lack of guidance, and management being more focused on drama and criticizing others rather than motivating success.

Owners are involved and care about staff
Likes the people worked with and the owners. Owners are actually involved and care about staff. Can be hectic at times but made better knowing everyone works together for the kids. Good PTO policy with 10 days and flexible time off requests.
