Good autonomy with caveats
If you find a good clinic/area with good staff, it can be great with a lot of autonomy. However, the company has administrative disorganization and poor structuring for its size.

Best ABA company I've worked at
Incredible culture and independence, plus growth opportunities. A lot of room for personal development and improvement, very understanding and flexible with schedules and personal leaves. All staff are kind and helpful.

Started well but declined
Was great to begin ABA journey but has slowly gone downhill. Lack of support, ethical concerns, and feeling unappreciated after three years.
