Extremely supportive small company
Being a small company, you feel extremely supported and work relationships are more personable. The BCBAs are great and administrative staff always respond to calls and emails in a timely fashion. Higher than normal supervision percentages — BCBAs are physically in the room with you every day.

Good place to start ABA career with certification pathway
The company works with York College of PA so RBTs can pursue their BCBA certification. Small company size makes it more personable. Decent pay for Maryland.

Management and scheduling concerns
No work-life balance, constant schedule changes, and micromanaging from co-owner. The pay is decent but scheduling can be unpredictable. Issues with the session recording app choice.

RBTs expected to handle parent communication
BCBAs sometimes fail to build direct rapport with families, leaving RBTs to lead parent conversations. Clients spend long hours in the clinic in a small room — not as spacious as the website makes it appear.

Good benefits and strong clinical culture
Benefits package is solid — health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO. Clinical supervision is strong and the team is dedicated to client outcomes. A good ACE provider for CEUs.
