Management issues and poor compensation

After initial months, management and staff showed poor behavior. Supervisors spoke to behavior technicians in ways that made them feel incompetent. Compensation and benefits severely lacking especially given expectations to work with challenging behaviors for 10-12 hour days with minimal PTO or vacation.
