No training or support for new staff

As someone new to the field, received no training or support. Hours were inconsistent, making it hard to rely on steady work. Lack of HR support is a significant drawback.

The most unprofessional ABA company. Management only cares about themselves. Toxic work culture made learning impossible and communication was awful.
