Great for college students
Great company to work at, especially for college kids. Supervisors are almost always available for support. Schedulers try to give you your requested weekly hours. Teams communication makes it easy to get in touch with staff and supervisors. Biweekly all staff meetings keep everyone informed.

Cliquey culture and limited growth
No advancement opportunities. Very cliquey culture. Supervisors seem to turn a blind eye to some staff behavior and practices which is concerning in a clinical setting. Consistent scheduling and true 40-hour full-time scheduling is not guaranteed given client cancellations.

Flexible and positive culture
Great employer with flexible scheduling, company culture, and good work-life balance. Originally planned to stay one year but extended to multiple years due to positive experience.

Profits over people
Company will take advantage of and abuse workers. Cares more about profits and company image than employees or the children served. Horrible management that made work extremely miserable. Only cares about making money for owners rather than client quality. Kids are not treated with dignity.
