About ABA Education Foundation
ABA Education Foundation (also known as Bridges / Bridges Educational Corporation) is a San Diego-based ABA therapy provider founded in 2005 by co-founders Kimberly Schmittou Prida (BCBA) and Dr. Erin Dyer Zwahlen (BCBA-D). The organization provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in San Diego County with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other behavior challenges. Operating as a San Diego Regional Center Vendor and Non-Public Agency (NPA), services are delivered one-on-one primarily in home and school settings with virtual options available. Two core programs are offered: an Infant Development Program for children under three, and an Intensive Behavior Intervention Program for children over three. Behavior Instructors receive at least 60 hours of initial training including ABA teaching strategies and must pass a competency exam before working with clients. The organization has served the community for over 20 years and has provided training, consultation, and supervision to over 15 school districts throughout San Diego County. The organization's mission is to 'serve our clients, support our employees, and educate our community with integrity and professionalism.'
