Good initial mentorship but issues with turnover
Strong mentorship at first, but constant turnover, poor leadership, and ongoing ethical concerns make it a difficult place for staff and families. Quality of care depends heavily on the individual RBT.

Good pay and benefits with consistent hours. Reliable BCBAs and leadership creates rapport with RBTs. All trainings and meetings are paid. Investment in RBTs who want to become BCBAs.
