Only worried about KPIs
Poor understanding for employees. Management is only worried about meeting KPIs each week. Pointless meetings every morning. Sudden changing of clients and caseload without notice.

Amazing training and support for new RBTs
As a new RBT, the company provided a two-week training seminar and hands-on training at the center. Their proprietary ABA Academy of Excellence training course prepares RBTs for the official exam. Consistent hours, reliable BCBAs, and leadership builds rapport with RBTs.
