Supportive supervision and team
Great communication among staff, supervision is taken very seriously. Plenty of in-person supervision and mentorship from BCBAs. Flexible scheduling, PTO, and monthly health insurance reimbursement.

Good experience but low pay
Great time working with clients and ability to get the RBT credential quickly. However, free supervision is not worth the low rate of pay. Needs better management and supervision.

Fun and friendly work environment
Great place to work with friendly coworkers. The kids are wonderful to work with and seeing them thrive is rewarding. However, hours are not consistent (9-36 hours depending on caseload) and being short-staffed requires travel.
