Good mental health support
They really care about your mental health in a profession where you don't get that very often. Paid time off, good hourly pay, and options for advancement if you work hard.

Flexible but disorganized
Flexible schedule and on-the-job support and guidance, but company is a little unorganized with inconsistent schedules. Owner is hard to talk to without feeling like you are doing everything wrong.

Very high staff turnover rate and schedules change frequently, making it difficult to maintain consistent client pairings. Setting often feels more like drop-off childcare than structured space for intentional skill acquisition.
