About A Step Up Academy
A Step Up Academy (ASUA) is a private, non-profit, licensed special education school serving autistic students and those with co-occurring disabilities from preschool through 12th grade (up to age 22). Founded in 2013, ASUA provides integrated services including licensed private schools, clinical and behavioral supports, and pre-vocational programming. The school targets cognitive, academic, social, sensory, and motor development using evidence-based practices including ABA, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and positive behavior supports.
