About A Hope For Autism/Learn to Grow
A Hope for Autism Foundation (AHFA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2009 by parents and professionals to provide quality educational and behavioral support for children with autism and related disorders. Its clinical services arm, Learn to Grow ABA Services, delivers individualized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in home and school settings throughout Oregon. The organization focuses on helping children learn to their full potential while respecting their unique traits, rather than attempting to eliminate autistic characteristics. Programs include ABA therapy, early intervention, the Hope For Kids Project (center-based specialized instruction), Early Social Learners program, parent training, and after-school/community activities. AHFA also aims to create a pool of well-trained home interventionists and school personnel and increase community awareness about ASD and ABA.
