About A Behavioral Approach
A Behavioral Approach develops customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals across home, school, and community settings. Founded in 2017 by Dr. Monica Santos, the organization provides behavior support and ABA services to schools and families throughout Connecticut. Services include home-based ABA therapy, the LEAD Center for diagnostic placement and transition programs, A Collaborative Academy (an approved special education day school), school district consultation, adult/transition services, and parent training. The team includes BCBAs, RBTs, certified special education staff, and clinicians serving children Pre-K through 12th grade and adults in transition.
