Great place to grow
A great place to grow and advance, personally and professionally. Leadership is supportive and encourages practitioner autonomy, which is not common in the ABA field.

Workplace culture concerns
Staff is not adaptive to change or new people. BCBA on staff was described as being used punitively with children and rude to employees.
