Management does not care about staff and micromanages throughout the entire work day. High turnover with staff.

CEO speaks poorly about staff
The CEO speaks poorly about staff constantly and talks down to them directly. Pay is not what it should be with only marginal increases of wages even after a substantial amount of time.

Positive culture and leadership
Management is really helpful and they try to do nice things like meals, snacks, and nice notes for staff. Loved the culture, leadership and clients.
