Education Requirements

Behavior Analyst: BCBA certification (master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field with BACB-approved coursework, minimum 270 graduate hours). Assistant Behavior Analyst: BCaBA certification (bachelor's degree pathway).

Verified through BACB certification. BCBA requires either 2,000 hours supervised fieldwork with 5% monthly supervision OR 1,500 hours concentrated supervised fieldwork with 10% monthly supervision.

Must pass BACB certification exam (BCBA or BCaBA). No additional state exam required.

Renewal through Wyoming Board of Psychology. CE requirements follow BACB standards. Board CE standards: 30 hours every 48 months for psychology licenses (behavior analyst CE rules may align with BACB's 32 hours biennial). Contact board for current behavior analyst-specific renewal cycle and fees.
